Cameras & Hub disappear from app on iPhone overnight

I have the Arlo Pro 4 cameras (3) and Hub which I purchased as a package from Costco. I woke up this morning and all 3 cameras and hub disappeared from the app. Everything was working fine and now all are wiped off the app. The hub (VMB4540) has the blue light on. I’ve tried starting all over with the hub first but the app doesn’t find the device after many attempts. I tried syncing and resetting the hub, nothing.

You need to remove the cameras and base units from your account first before you can readd them.
confirm you factory reset the hub by using the paper clip holding for 15 seconds until the led begins flashing amber.
