Camera shows that its on in when its off in Chrome

For my two Arlo 4 cameras that I have turned off, in Chrome on my mac desktop, one shows that its abled and the other correctly shows that is disabled. When I click the camera that shows abled (even though I know its disabled via my iPhone) it gives me the message "The privacy settings do not allow streaming". Why do two cameras that are the same model show different messages when they are disabled?

Arlo software have always been buggy in Chrome and Safari. Using the Arlo app on my iPhone 8 seems to be the only reliable source. It has been like these for years!

Have you tried clearing the browser cache?

As a web developer, that was one of the first things I did, nothing. It seems to take 24-48hrs to update on its own.
