I've been having issues with my all 3 of my cameras and it is the same issue with all 3.  I get a message that "This device's battery level is too low.  Connect a compatible charge to charge the battery."  The problem is that when I check the batteries they are at 100%.  My HUB was/is going offline from time to time.  I have moved it further from my router & modem, that didn't help.  I've tried using a different plug to plug it into the wall, that didn't help.  As a last resort, I deleted the cameras and reinstalled 2 of the easiest to reach and they came up but went offline about 30 minutes later.  I'm at a total loss on how to get them working again.  They had worked fine until about 6 weeks ago so not sure what has happened to my system at that point.  I'm almost to the point that I want to get rid of the whole system and get something else but I have too much invested in this system.

How did you verify that the batteries were charged? Did you connect them to AC power and wait for the blue LED to turn on solidly? Bring a camera closer to your hub to see if the same issue happens.

The hub going offline may be a server or Internet issue, causing the connection to the server to not be reachable. I do see my hub going offline once in a while for unknown reasons but it recovers in a couple of minutes.

It's possible that something is interfering with the signal between the hub and cameras. Since it seems to be happening to all cameras, I'd check for something new or moved near the hub that also uses the 2.4GHz band which could be causing interference.
