What an absolute joke.......Had to reset and reinstall my cameras because the router was changed and now it's not allowing me to add my last camera and all my fee is gone
Hundreds of dollars for the system and several hundred for a yearly subscription and this is the **bleep** show we get

It's much easier to simply change the new router's SSID and password to what the old one was using. Every device would then automatically connect as if nothing had changed.
For the last camera, try this procedure:
