does 72 day camera not charged can damage the batterie ? If so where I can order a new battery and a new cable

I'm not sure how to answer this. WHat do you mean by 72 day camera? Are you asking if you haven't charged the battery for 72 days would that harm the battery? The answer to that would be no.

Yes this is what i mean , there is 74 days that the camera is not charged , may this impact the battery , in this case who i can buy an other battery and if its possible to buy the charging cable

It's not likely that the battery will be damaged but I do suggest that you occasionally monitor battery life and proactively recharge. I tend to do so when the battery icon turns red (>25% battery life remaining).
