Only found one of three cameras tried everything in troubleshooting and nothing. The one that is found will not update firmware.

Tried that and disable the 5g, also tried a different phone still nothing . Starting to get pissed with no support from Arlo

If one is onboarded, then is should be on the trial subscription.
So you could go into the support area of the app, select that camera, and then scroll down to the contact section. That should include a phone icon that you can use to reach Arlo Support. Note this can only be done from the app - not my.arlo.com.
Another option is to assume that the cameras are defective, and exchange them with the seller.
