Hi 

 

I bought Arlo 4 from Amazon , I have all the screen pictures for proof my purchase.

 

anyway

 

When I need to charge the camera , I tried to take it from the magnetic thing , but it's broken the part of fixing for nail.

 

so I can't fix my camera to anywhere...

 

need to your help

 

but I worry that It will happened again and again

 

because I can see that part is so weak 

 

I am pretty sure you guys got many emails from the same happening email.

 

anyway please respond to me

 

when you guys need the amazon receipt , serial number whatever you need , I will send them

 

please tell me what's next step

Contact Amazon if its still in warranty or Arlo support by phone, this is just a user forum. Have to say for all the faults some cameras have ive never heard of the wall mounting breaking, you can buy new ones on Amazon or from Arlo Spares.

I think you are saying that the plastic on the mount (that surrounds the screw) has broken.  FWIW, that has happened to a couple of mine as well.

 

You can contact Arlo support and see if that is covered by warranty.

 

But the camera uses a standard size mounting screw, so there are lots of inexpensive mounts you could use instead of the magnetic mount.   So that is another option (at least temporarily).
