Brand new pro4 cam won't connect, customer support doesn't return call and live chat disconnected me

Where can I actually talk to someone who will tell me where to send this camera to have it replaced? 

 

I bought 3 cameras, 2 of them connected and seem to work fine, the third one I have tried to connect 10+ times and it cannot find it when it searches for a new camera.

Where did you buy the camera? If from a store, swap there. For Arlo, use Settings, Support (old user interface) or Settings ("person" icon top left), Support Center. Select your camera model to find options for official support.
