I have 9 Arlo Pro 4 cameras. App is latest mobile version in Jan 2023. With new version, now I can no longer turn off the "blue light" that indicates the battery is fully charged inside the app. I confirmed with support that "...tech did not include that feature in the latest app release..." The two issues: 1) now all my exterior cameras are very easy to identify by anyone walking by. 2) Less important, but for my interior cameras, the blue light is (surprisingly) bright at night and annoying. Irritated this feature was removed. (App Version: 4.0.3_28510 - Samsung Galaxy S20+ phone).
I found a cure for this on my own - not sure if it's temporary - but by logging into the web (PC) version of the app, the feature still exists. At least for now there's still a way to turn the lights off. Hope this helps.

asbmicoca,
You should find the charging LED toggle by navigating to settings for the desired camera > tap on the ">" icon next to the camera name > select Indicator LED > Battery Fully Charged toggle

Yes - that feature is "now" there in the new version of the app on my phone. But it wasn't. What happened... I "upgraded" to new app and that "blue light on/off" option was gone. After a couple attempts with support, they confirmed the feature was taken away. However, once I went to the web/pc version of the app and logged in, I was able to see that option on the web/pc app version (as I had in the prior version of the mobile app). So I then moved the radio button to off and all worked as I desired. I went back to the new mobile version of the app and initially it still did not show that option, but the cameras were all good because I had switched them using the web/pc version. I checked again two days later and the option DID appear on the mobile app. I don't know if that was because of my action using the web/pc that "re-activated" it or whether Arlo changed their code after my contact so the feature is fully restored. Hope this helps.
