How can I clear the misty lense on the inside of my camera. It's setup outdoors and subject to the weather.

Hi @Daveg53

Are you noticing actual condensation  inside the lens or is there a reflection in the recordings?

Hi ShayneS, I am seeing misty/moisture inside the lense right in the middle. Is there a way of drying it out?

You can try the same methods used for a cell phone. Remove the battery and leave the case open. A small fan or placing it in rice to absorb the moisture may help.

Warm air cleared the condensation issue but because the camera is external rain water is affecting the lense.  Is there a rain guard for the Arlo 4 camera that I could use?

No but you can try something like Rain-X with a drop or two on a clean cloth to wipe the lens. Don't put the drops on the lens itself.

Arlo doesn't sell them, but there are quite a few third-party rain shields that you can buy.

One of many is

(Not a recommendation as I don't use a rain sheld myself - just a starting point)

Based on a search as well as the following FAQ, Arlo cameras are generally rated as IP65, not 66.

@Beeman - making sure you saw this thread - https://community.arlo.com/t5/Arlo-Pro-5S-2K/Warranty-RMA-Needed-Internal-Seal-Failure-on-Cottage-Ca....

I have the same issue and found both your post and that thread when searching.
