Bad sound arlo 4 pro xl

Does anybody have problems with there pro 4 xl camera sound being scratchy and distorted. All 3 do the same thing. It’s worse as volume goes up. I’ve reset the base station and cameras as advised by arlo but no change. I read in hears the pro 3 spotlight cam does same thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
