120V exterior camera

Is there a wired exterior camera option (for power)?  The location i want to use is only reachable via a ladder, but has 120V available at the location

None of the Arlo cameras come with a kit that allows them to be directly connected to a power junction box.

You can of course purchase outdoor-rated chargers, and plug them in.
