I have four Arlo Pro 4 cameras with a Base Station SmartHub. Before the last update I was able to set a schedule and use geofencing. Since the update, I have been on chat for about 3 hours with an Arlo tech trying to get the same situation I previously had. He helped me set up Arrive/Depart with two mobile devices, the same two that worked with the previous software version. After setting this routine up, I continued to set up a schedule. The schedule is working correctly. The Arrive/Depart routine does not work at all. The system is supposed to Arm Away all cameras when both devices leave, this does not happen. The system remains on the scheduled routine. I have tested the automations, it shows up in my feed as if it is working. Anyone else having or had this issue and found a resolution?

Is your "Leave" automation enabled in "Arm Home" and "Standby"?
If the "Leave" automation is set to "everyone leaves"? If it is, then try testing with it set to trigger when one of you leaves, and make sure that works. Then test again with the other phone.

The automations were enabled on all modes. This was a good test. Arrive/Leave worked when I selected only one of our phones, tested, then tested the other phone. We will test both phones leaving tomorrow morning. Prior to doing this test I also found the attached article and there were a couple of settings that weren't set correctly on both of our phones, background app refresh was one of them. Not sure what the ultimate fix was but if you change the settings exactly as instructed in the article and do this test it helps to figure things out. Fingers crossed it works correctly when we leave tomorrow morning. Thanks for your help, will update tomorrow.

While that can be useful for testing, operationally you normally want
- "Leave" enabled in "Arm Home" and "Standby" (but disabled in "Arm Away")
- "Arrive" enabled only in "Arm Away"
But even with the right settings, I've found that Arrive and Leave sometimes don't trigger.

The system worked properly this morning when both mobile devices left together with settings left the same as they were yesterday while testing. Now I'm afraid to change any of settings in the modes. Think I will leave it alone as long as it continues to work. Thanks for your help!
