Tell your phone operators to sort there attitude out or I’ll put multiple bad reviews on every platform I can find, I’m calling from Western Australia on the 9/6/23 1:00pm
What a rude person that talked to me they got very angry I was just trying to no the status of the fault and if any progress had been made as we rely on your cameras a lot every day all day, we simply can not afford to have outages like this, we may be looking at other cctv products after this

I suspect you weren't actually talking to Arlo.

 

Phone support is only available from 6 am to 6 pm US Pacific time.  So your call would have been made after they are closed (8/6/23 10 pm US Pacific time).

 

Were you using the support area of the app?  Or did you google a phone number?
