Suddenly, my  Arlo system access has changed, for example, I can no longer enable/disable individual cameras under Devices. I cannot turn on/off audio. Comments please.

Do you see "Library" in the app menu?  Or do you instead see "Feed" and "Dashboard"?

 

Did this change when the problem started?
