Arlo pro Camera resetting

Hi team,

approximately 8:39pm Australian eastern standard time on the 29th August 2025 one of my arlo camera got a signal from the hub to reset the camera. 

this is probably the 2nd time now this has happens. It happened once before in June. I’m not sure why . The battery was in good health .

if someone could take a look that would be great and I cannot see anything from my end.

Did you happen to have a solar Panel connected to the device when the symptom occurred?

Nope, I’ve been charging the batteries using the arlo double battery charger for the last few months
