My Arlo pro 4 was working fine, then went offline. Could not get it re connected. Followed all the troubleshooting guide. Nothing. I deleted device and then tried to re add it. I waited for 3 amber lights. Got the chime. Can not find camera

Hick77,
If the device was removed while offline, you will need to go through a factory reset before attempting to onboard again. Follow the steps here to complete the factory reset: https://kb.arlo.com/000062438/How-do-I-factory-reset-and-re-sync-my-Arlo-camera
After the reset is complete, attempt onboarding again.
Note: Be sure the camera is fully charged and your mobile device is connected to your 2.4GHz WiFi network before attempting to re-onboard.
