Arlo pro 4 trial has ended and need to add to current plan

I added a 4th camera and its trial has ended and I need to add it to my current subscription. However, when I go to the web or my account, when I try to manage cameras , everything states grayed out and I can’t drag it to join the others.  Suggestions?

Rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app may be the fix but you can also try the web client (my.arlo.com).

This did not work. I FINALLY after two tries got someone at Arlo to chat and they helped to move it over. Great product - not so great support
