Arlo pro 4 installation problems.

Been having problems for a week have a case# 43229205 I am not getting any response back! I enter wifi info attach the battery the little blue light blinks I scan the QR code it makes the chime I press continue once I press continue the light blinks blue a couple times then blinks amber and turns off it searches it say it could take a couple minutes but it never connects!

If you are using the app, then try using a PC (browsing to my.arlo.com).

There was also a recent post saying to manually type in the WiFi SSID rather than having it auto-fill. There could be a space in there that you can't see but would confound the attempt to connect.
