Arlo half charges

My Arlo camera charges, but stops at 30%. I have two out of three cameras that do this. The devices are less than 2 years old. Does this happen to anyone else?

Swap the battery in the camera that is ok with one of the other two.

Then see if the problem stays with the camera (or not).
