Arlo Camera stopp communicating after 3 months, has a 1 year warranty, called in, transferred to tech support, sat on hold for 90 minutes and no one picked up.... it has a 1 year warranty, what do they do, ignore you till the year is over ??? these guys suck!
Was unable to chat, stated I do not qualify for support, warranty does not qualify nor the monthly subscription plan... what do you need???

Are you saying you can't livestream the camera?
Or is the issue that recordings stopped when the trial subscription expired?

Camera disconnected @ week ago, I have reset. reconnected, removed and readded, also Arlo "support " had me do this 4x. The camera will not stay online and they claim home internet issues, yet the other 8 cameras all work. So they then said I have too many and that is home internet... so I turned them all on at once and streamed, because if that one will not add then I could not possibly stream 8 at once.... they all worked, I was on the phone 4 hours and they still refused to address a bad camera under warranty, it was bought 8/4 and went bad in 3 months, just readd again and again and blame the internet provider, worthless tech support.

Have you tried swapping the camera with one of the others? Then see if the problem stays with the location, or whether it moves with the camera.

yes, had it in the room with the router also, Alro though process is that if it worked in the room with the router then it was ok, but I don;t need a camera in that room..... they are finally replacing it
