None of the cameras are functioning in the app, I am getting notifications that someone is at my Cabin in the mountains, but I can't look through a cameras and I can't view the library of footage. While it says that Arlo is "working on the issue", the chat robot on the website is a complete pile of trash that only tries to upsell me a support contract.
It seems Arlo has zero support for users when their back end falls on it's face. What can I do other than post into this forum?

When I try to use the website it says in red "Something went wrong. Try again." great.

It appears that you've tried both the app and the web client - true? WHat happens if you try the app with and without WiFi (so you use only cell service)?
