Hello. I have the Arlo VMB4540 with Pro4 cameras. I upgraded to the new or upgraded Arlo App and now my cameras are offline. The hub has a flashing amber light. I can't tell if my cameras are synced to it or not. One camera has flashing amber light on occasion. On my app, it shows the cameras offline. I have followed the instructions to sync them, but nothing is working.

Does the base show up in your router's attached device list?

 

Does the app show the base as offline (go into settings->my devices and select the base)?
