Can anyone please help me, there seems that there is no-one able to assist me at Arlo.
I have an ongoing problem that started October 23. Geofencing not working, nor is Routines.
I need to speak with someone who can help me to reset up the system. I have two devices logged, both iPhones.
The subsystem was working fine then after an update everything went wrong.
I live in Kent UK, is there a dealer out there that I could go to, I have tried Curry's, no success.

Use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose one of your cameras. Scroll down to Contacts to see what official support can offer. This requires a subscription to be active.
Alternatively, you can post screenshots of your modes, rules, schedules and geofencing (maybe one section at a time) so we can try to help.
