Arlo Pro4XL: After initial charge depleted, one of the cameras will not recharge. We just got these!

Can't get one of the batteries to charge. We just installed the three new cameras three mos. ago. Two needed recharging but one won't deplete the last 7% nor will the battery charge after multiple attempts and after doing steps Arlo online suport suggested.
The "chat" function must be automated because it kept suggesting that I can add up to 15 cameras! Why would I purchase additional pro

If you just purchased, you should have a trial subscription for the cameras - it lasts 90 days from onboarding the cameras.
If you do have a trial (or paid) subscription, there should be a phone support option in the app.

If you insert the battery from the problematic camera into one of the cameras that is behaving as expected, do you still experience the same behavior?
