Arlo Pro4 with anti-thief mount stolen

Does anyone know if i can claim the arlo's anti thief policy for stolen camera if I am in Canada?  It looks like it is only for US customers.  Also, I don't know how it can be stolen if Arlo said it came with the anti-thief mount. I installed as the instruction and still not sure how the thief can unscrew the camera from the mount.  Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
