I have 8 Arlo Pro4 cameras. I normally set them to geofencing (armed in Away mode, and Schedule in Home mode). My schedule is set between 10pm-11:59pm, then 12am-7am. They worked reliably for 2 years until about a week ago. I noticed all cameras were in disarmed mode before 7am, their scheduled end point. Upon further investigation, cameras went into "armed" normally at scheduled time at night, but between 4am and 5am, they were just individually and randomly disarmed. This happened consistently every night to all 8 cameras (they are disarmed at different time during the hour). I created enough schedule settings to confirm that schedule worked normally for rest of 23 hours. We are in US Pacific time zone, so 4-5pm translates into 11am to 12pm UTC. I suspect Arlo software (or at least the latest release) has some systematic options during that hour to cause all 8 cameras to fail. BTW, I have tried many things community and tech support suggested: rebuild schedule, uninstall and reinstall Arlo app, remove a camera then re-sync, build schedule on web portal instead of mobile app, even hard reset phone ... nothing worked. I am curious if anyone else has similar issues. Thanks,

Any response from Arlo? I'm having same issue with Arlo Pro 4 camera. Overnight schedule is not working. Camera is disarmed every morning before the end of the morning half of schedule (12am to 7am). If I go into app at 6:30am when I notice the camera is disarmed and just reselect scheduled mode, the camera arms again, and then disarms at 7am as scheduled.

Sorry to hear you have the same issue. I think there are many others having the same without even knowing it. No resolution from Arlo yet. I have been in touch with them for several weeks now. One thing I noticed recently that even though cameras were displayed as disarmed on App, they still behaved like armed before schedule ends. I don’t have data on all my cameras, so I can not be sure. Maybe you can check yours. Anyway, Arlo should treat it seriously, it definitely eroded my confidence on the system.
