Greetings, Just received the Arlo pro 4 XL with a video door bell. I opened an Arlo Account on my iphone, got as far as verifying my account received a 6 digit code entered the code and nothing happened. My phone is on a screen asking to "Secure your Arlo account, at the bottom of screen, "Secure My Account". I enter my phone Number again, The message I get is "Verification already exists" I am stuck on the screen. Nothing happens.

Please help  Thank you

To solve the above issue, I deleted the ARLO App and reinstall. Then I had the Smart hub working added one camera which worked OK, the next day I added the wireless Doorbell and that worked also. I also inserted a 32GB thumb drive, but the smart hub the message I got was that the Drive needed to be formatted. I followed the instruction, but the smart hub was not able to format the Drive. Then I wanted to add a second camera but the message I got; the smart hub is offline. All I get now is a flashing amber LED light on my VMB4540, I tried all the help suggestions, but nothing works, new cable, factory reset, nothing works. Thank you, Please help
