How can you access the live support? I have Arlo Secure Plan but cannot find where to get assist. from anything other than a canned support feature that takes me no where! Bought a new phone but cannot access the Arlo app from it as upon login it says my email address is invalid. Can't even try to create new account as it says account already exists! I can still access i
The app from my old phone though. I even tried to uninstall from my old phone but on new phone still can't log in as it won't recognize my email address. Is there a live person out there that can help me? They take my money evey month for the service plan but seem to be vapor when help is needed!

Try the App in the old phone that you can still access and go to setting-support and select a cam and there will be live chat and phone support there since you have a subscription.
