Arlo Pro 4 stopped sending notifications and saving video to library

My camera is two weeks old. Yesterday it stopped detecting motion, sending notifications and saving video. It was working well up until yesterday.

No, the camera is only two weeks old, so the subscription is still good. I think the camera goes offline, perhaps due to internet interruption, and I had to turn it off, wait a minute, and then turn it back on. Classic fix.

Did your trial subscription end? Check Settings, Subscription. You need a sub for cloud recordings.

 

If that's not it, check you active mode to verify it's not set to Disarmed. You could also try restarting the camera or remove and reinsert the camera battery.
