Arlo Pro 4, purchased 8/4/2023, using Wi-Fi, I pad

Recently when I tap on Arlo icon to see images I see only a blue screen with the Arlo symbol, a house within a circle.  When this happened i began using my I phone and the system works fine with that.  I’m curious about why it stopped working with my I pad.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

Which version of the Arlo app is your phone and iPad running?
