Arlo Pro 4 on my wifi but share with neighbors

I'm considering an Arlo Pro 4 Camera. Since it's a wifi cam I'll add it to my wifi network. However, I want my neighbors to have access to it as well as we have a shared gate. Is that scenario possible without giving my neighbors my wifi password or have other security risks? Maybe they can just install the app too?
If it's not possible with Pro 4, is there another Arlo cam that does it?

You should be able to grant access to another arlo account user as long as they have internet access.
