Arlo Pro 4 not displaying image

I was having issues with the camera saving videos to the Arlo library within the app, I ended up reseting the device and then I removed the device to add it back into my Arlo app. I just received this camera as a Christmas gift for 2021 and it's a new camera. While adding it as a new device it displayed this screen and from here it still tells me that the camera is still offline. I have had this camera connected to a 2.4ghz network like it said.
