Arlo Pro 4 does not record

I bought a new Arlo Pro 4 camera. However, I have the problem that the camera does not record. I can connect the camera to the base station. I don't have the option to manually record when I watch the images live. The record button does not appear. My arlo Pro 4 cameras that I already had and are linked to the same base station are recording.

Sounds like there's no active subscription. You should have gotten a 3  month free trial - do you see that in Settings, Subscription? Do you have a current sub for your other cameras? If so, use the Manage Cameras button to add the camera to your plan.
