Arlo Pro 4 cameras - router cannot find them

I have 3 new Pro 4 cameras and after they scan and recognize the QR code, my router cannot find them. What do I do to fix this?

I am using my desktop computer.

Make sure the network name and passphrase are correctly typed - both are case-sensitive.
