I purchased an Arlo Pro 4 Spotlight camera back in October 2022. I've been having a lot of issues with it going offline until finally it just died on me. I did everything I was asked to do. After back and forth conversations, I finally got an RMA and replaced my camera. Well, it still does not turn on at all. I've been trying to reach someone, anyone, and it is so difficult. I have a feeling it may be the battery or charger which I need to get replaced. I live alone and I need my camera!

Thank you so much. I received a new battery and charger. Looks like the battery was the issue this entire time. Hopefully I have no more issues with these Arlo security cameras.
