Hi,
I'm receiving the following message from my Arlo device:
"AC power has been disconnected from your Arlo device. Activity zones are currently disabled."
Everything was working perfectly just a week ago, and I've had an active paid subscription for months.
Could you please assist me in resolving this?
Thanks!

Double check that the camera is still in your subscription plan.
If it is, then I'd try restarting the camera next.

Have you tried removing and add back the activity zones?
Aer you using AC power or battery?

Removing them is not possible in the new app.
I'm using battery

You should be able to remove the zones. Activity Zones are in the camera settings (as they were before).
If you think the error message is in the way, try powering the camera first, and then remove the zones.

I can delete them from browser.
But it won't record. I can see the camera live.
Is it because I'm on two plans?

So I removed unit in the app, added it back and pressed sync (Physically). Now it works
