Replaced dead battery with freshly recharged battery. Removed dead battery from camera. Left camera without battery for a couple of minutes. Put freshly charged battery into camera. Camera still shows no charge on the Arlo app on my phone and the Arlo desktop dashboard. However, the image captured that now appears on the Arlo app on my phone and the Arlo desktop dashboard was captured after I did the battery swap. How can I troubleshoot and get the camera to accept the freshly charged battery?

Is this with an OEM arlo battery? What does the web portal show as well?
