I have three Arlo Pro 4s that have been sending notifications and recording video to the library as expected for the past two weeks since install.
However starting last night, I continue to receive notifications, but no video is being stored in the library.
Researched this issue on the forums and there is a lot of contradictory information about how to troubleshoot. Tried deactivating and restarting, removing and replacing the batteries, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. No luck.
Any help appreciated, thanks.

Have you double-checked that they are still in the trial subscription?

So I am a noob with this product. I assumed that being able to view video after getting alerts was part of the standard functionality. So this is actually a premium feature where I need to subscribe? Sorry, just figuring all this out.
