I added 4 Pro 4 cameras to my Base Hub with Pro 2 Camera.  All the Pro 4 cameras are not recording to local storage after trial end. I tried to format usb drive and reinstalled Pro 4 Cameras, still not recording to local storage drive. Pro 2 camers are not problem at all.  Pro 4 specs saying it does support record to local storage.  Any Help!!!

What model hub do you have?  Look for a VMBxxxx label on it.

While the VMB4000 does provide local recording, it does NOT support playback of those recordings.   The ONLY way to see the local recordings with that base is to eject the storage using the app, and then connecting it to a PC for viewing.

 

The recordings you are seeing for the Pro 2 in the app and my.arlo.com are being stored in the Arlo Cloud, not the base.  That does now require a paid subscription, because those legacy cameras were sold with free 7-day rolling cloud storage.  The Pro 4 cameras (like all currently sold cameras) do not have that feature, and need a subscription to get any cloud storage.
