I got new wifi a couple months ago and had to reconnect my 4 arlo cameras, all the same model and purchased at the same time. The two that I had indoors reconnected perfectly fine, no problems. The other two that I had outside are refusing to connect. One only flashes blue for about 2 sec when I insert the battery and then nothing else, and the other can't get past the QR scan. I have tried factory resetting both and still doesn't work. One does blink amber and then switches to blue when I reset it but once I scan the QR code, it blinks maybe 5 more times blue and then rapidly flashes amber and shuts down. I thought that the battery might have been drained so I charged it overnight and tried the next day, but it still does the same thing. I'm not sure what to do at this point since nothing seems to be working.

Swap batteries around and verify that they're all charged. Bring the outdoor cameras inside to see if they connect.
