If using Pro 4 cameras,
connected via wifi,
and no cell phone signal,
can live camera video stream to a phone in wifi range?

jguerdat...
My other post was about the Arlo Pro 3 product that requires a hub.
Will the wifi (non-hub) Pro 4 provide live feed on local wifi since it does not need a smart hub?
That is...
Our setup would be...
We would connect the Pro 4 cameras to our wifi router.
Our router would have internet connection from cell hotspots.
If we lose cell/internet hotspot signal to our wifi router...
...will we still be able to view camera live stream video via router wifi signal to our phone?

No. If the cameras can't access the Internet, live viewing won't work.
