Changed our wi-fi password, now the cameras will not re-connect to the wi-fi now. Tried to enter new password, held the button for 15 sec, light flashed amber, tried to scan QR but will not find cameras. Help.

If you change back to the old password (as a test), will it reconnect?

FWIW, I keep the same network name (SSID) and password when I change routers.
Can you explain more about what you did?
- Is this a router upgrade?
- Did you change both the network name and the password?
- You mention orbi and a router. If that is the case, is the orbi running in extender mode? Is the router wifi turned off?

Let's back up a bit.
Is Orbi your only router? Or are you using another Netgear router too?

I suggested that before - at that point you said it made no difference.

In the case of Orbi, the default is for it to be a router. However, you can set it up as an extender. If you were the one who set up the Orbi, you'd likely remember if you set it up that way.
Do you have another router (not the Orbi) on your home network?
