Arlo Pro 4 Camera will NOT Charge

I purchased a set of three pro 4 cameras in a bundle from Costco just under a year ago. Everything was fine with them until it was discovered that one of the cameras will not charge. I have successfully charged the other cameras on the same cable. I tried swapping batteries from a working camera to the problem camera without success. I cleaned the terminals and it still won’t charge. Any help will be much appreciated.

This implies a faulty camera. Use Settings, Support (Center) to select your camera and start talking to official support for a possible RMA.
