Arlo Pro 4 Camera Battery Drain

I have three Arlo Pro 4 Cameras at my house and they're all a couple months old.  One of the cameras suddenly started to die after 24 hours with a full charge.  The battery is draining super quick.  It's only 8 feet away from another Arlo Pro 4 camera that is working fine.  I've deleted the camera from the app a dozen times, re-installed it and the same thing.  The firmware is up-to-date and the exact same version across all three cameras.  This weekend, I brought the camera inside, charged it, and put it right on top of the wireless router.  In 24 hours - the battery drained and the camera became useless.

At this point - I'm at a total loss, and don't know what else to do.  Help - suggestions???

Use Settings, Support to open a case for replacement. You need a subscription to be able to do this. If you don't have one, temporarily subscribe and unsubscribe later.
