I have two older Arlo cameras as one of my homes, it has a base station, no issues.
I have another house and recently bought a Arlo Pro 4 camera, no base station, connected it to my wireless network there. No issues. While at this house I could go to my Arlo phone app and see all cameras.
I drove back to the house where I have the two older Arlo cameras and when I log in to the Arlo app, it shows that my single Arlo Pro 4 appears to be offline.
It is possible that the phone app is having a problem because I have not just two different networks but also two different camera types?

No.
Is it easy to check if the camera is actually off-line? (which of course depends on how far away the second home is).
