When trying to pair my base station to HomeKit through the Arlo app, it continues to ask me for a set up code that I can’t find on the box, product, or start up guide. As well as there not being a code to scan. I need a token reset request.

Please follow the instructions to set up without a code that is in the link I have provided. I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:
