What sort of subscription? The cameras come with a trial sub that expires so you need to purchase an appropriate plan if you want to keep the same level of capability.

If you have a legacy subscription, you may want to cancel and purchase a current Arlo Secure or Secure Plus plan. In the current subscription, are all 4 cameras shown as being activated? What is your active mode? Have you checked it for appropriate rules for each camera?

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming the problem cameras?

That confirms that the subscription is in force.
Either the camera is not armed, or the motion detection is not working.
You can test the motion detection using the instructions here:
- https://kb.arlo.com/000062895/How-do-I-change-the-motion-sensitivity-on-my-Arlo-camera-Arlo-Secure-4...
The first instructions apply if you see "Library" in the app. If you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" instead, then the second instructions apply.
You can check that the camera is armed by looking at the mode you are using. If there is no rule for the camera, then it is disarmed. If there is a rule, make sure it is set to record.
