Hello
I just resubscribed my two cameras to Arlo Pro Secure. They are on and show live video but do not record.
The Arlo Secure settings page doesn't show cameras participating.
Also if I go to library it says activity zones are not enabled?
Help!!

Go to Settings - Subscription and select the plan you just subscribed to.
Select manage cameras.
Drag the cameras that you want to be included in your plan from no plan up to the plan you have paid for.
