Arlo 4 Pro Camera Spotlight Turning on When Logging In?

I just realized every time I login to the website or open the app on my phone, my spotlights flash. Any setting to stop this behavior or is it normal?

When logging in to your account, the thumbnail widgets may be updating. If the camera detects that the surrounding light is dim enough for the spotlight to engage when this happens, this may be why you're seeing this behavior.
